I have a BA in mechanical drafting, and spent a good 16 years in the print media as a printer. I have been painting for about 25 years now, and am currently pursuing a certification in web design. | | About art: | I use a varied set of media.....acrylic paints...metallic acrylics..pen and ink...along with Chinese coins. Having been a practicing Buddhist for the last 36 years, the majority of my work is based on Buddhist concepts, and I utilize Chinese and Tibetan calligraphy as well as the Hindi script called Devanagari. I also use 400 # Strathmore illustration board, hand carved to resemble stone or metal. |
